Barry Duncan is a Designer.

After studying Print, Production Editing and Design, Barry started his career in Edinburgh in 1999 as a multi-disciplinary designer in an events and communications company.

He soon found a love for typography, layout and photography which led him to newly-established design firm StudioLR where he worked with Creative Director, Lucy Richards on environmental graphics, print and book design. During his time with StudioLR Barry contributed towards an impressive body of award-winning work, also being shortlisted as one of ‘Scotland’s Top 30 under 30′ in the creative sector in 2006.

After an indulgent honeymoon traveling the globe for four months in that same year, Barry and his wife Claire decided it was time for challenges new. In early 2008 they moved to Vancouver where they both now live and work. Barry is currently Design Director at Dossier Creative, working on strategy, branding, packaging and print design for some of North America’s leading brands.
